Our aim is to reduce waste generated by our staff. We will complete an internal bin audit and get feedback from staff about our current internal waste management process. We will use the results to review and revise how we collect, process and communicate waste management internally. We will also highlight ways that staff can reduce the amount of single use packaging materials they discard. After implementing any required changes, we will complete a second bin audit after one month to assess our progress, then feedback the results to our staff.
