Bank of Valletta is giving all its employees an extra day leave to dedicate to voluntary work towards the social or green pillar. Several of these initiatives undertaken involved cleaning of beaches and other public spaces, with NGOs like Zibel and Coast is Clear. In all, this year, 4 clean-up events were organised, involving 117 staff members. Over 936 volunteering hours, 599 kilos of waste were collected.
