We are a sustainable community group, where women can share knowledge, skills, company and fun in a friendly, safe environment. We meet most Wednesdays during term (7pm) at the Quaker Meeting House, Marlborough Road North, Belfast. We enjoy a wide range of sustainable activities including yoga, pilates, ceramics, sewing, painting, dancing ,self defence, cooking and more. We try to keep sustainability at our core and reduce waste at every opportunity. Everyone is welcome to join the fun, learn new skills, and make new friends. During European Waste Week we will be focusing our climate saving actions on promoting car sharing, walking/cycling or using public transport, conserving water and electricity, recycling , repurposing and reusing as and when possible, shopping locally, avoiding disposable items in favour of reusables, composting food scraps, reducing meet consumption.
