22 November and 29 November
As part of the European Week for Waste Reduction the University of Pavia’s Office for Sustainable Actions are organizing a small WEEE collection initiative titled “Small Actions, Big Impacts”. The activity consists of two special collection days dedicated to small Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE): From 7:30 AM to 11:00 AM, an ASM collection van will be present at each location to collect small electronic waste items, such as mobile phones, chargers, small appliances (e.g., a fan or an iron), and other compact electronic devices. This initiative offers citizens the opportunity to hand in their small WEEE directly, without having to visit the recycling center—making responsible disposal easier, more accessible, and more efficient. It provides a valuable service to the community while promoting environmentally friendly behavior and waste reduction.
