Description:
Come along to Queen’s University for a range of repair and reuse initiatives from textiles and clothing to electronics taking place across the week from our Student Union, Queen’s Accommodation, McClay Library and our Medical Biology Centre.
Learn new skills from learning how to sew on button to upcycling textiles.
Wednesday and Thursday
Join Abigail from Make it Fab for a fun way to learn how to sew on a button or try your hand at using a sewing machine.
Come along and receive your very own sewing kit to help get you started.
Put your reuse, repair and reimagine questions to Abigail and get hands on experience.
BYO cup and enjoy free Tea/Coffee and sweet treats.
Join Queen’s Accommodation at BT9 for a fun evening focused on sustainable fashion. We will be joined by the SU Swap Shop and learn how to patch and repair.
