WHAT will be done

Description:

EN: Six groups of students from Monegasque institutions will visit the Oceanographic Museum to take part in workshops designed to raise awareness about digital waste, the broader concept of the 3Rs (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle), and to explore anti-waste recipes.

Tavolo’s Chef Saverio Gullace will present creative recipes showcasing how to maximize and diversify dishes using simple ingredients typically found in a student’s refrigerator. He will also share practical tips on how to repurpose leftovers effectively.

FR: 6 groupes d’élèves des instituts Monégasques viendront au Musée Océanographiqie pour découvrir des atéliers visant à les sensibiliser aux déchets numériques, les 3R dans le sens large du terme et découvrir des recettes anti-gaspillage.

Le Chef de Tavolo (restaurant du Columbus Hotel Monte-Carlo), Saverio Gullace, présentera des recettes pour maximiser et varier des plats à base d’ingrédients simples présents dans un frigo typique d’étudiant, et donnera des astuces sur la réutilisation des restes.
