As part of the European Week for Waste Reduction, our school is taking proactive steps to promote environmental responsibility and reduce litter in our community. Throughout the week, pupils will participate in daily litter-picking sessions during lunchtime, helping to clean up our school grounds and raise awareness about the impact of waste. This hands-on initiative encourages pupils to take pride in their environment, understand the importance of reducing waste, and develop lifelong habits of sustainability. The action supports our wider curriculum goals in Personal Development and Mutual Understanding (PDMU), World Around Us (WAU), and Eco-Schools engagement.
