Interactive presentation and short film about e-waste. Shared discussion: What do we consider e-waste?
“Gadget exhibition” (e.g. old mobile phone, remote control, mouse, keyboard).
“Take it apart, look!” – safe dismantling of old, non-working devices under teacher supervision.
Properties of copper, plastic, aluminum, lithium – Why is it dangerous if it gets into the ground? Experiment: corrosion of metals, reaction of water and metal, magnetism test (Which part is attracted by a magnet?).
Poster making: The dangers of e-waste and, This is how you can save the Earth
“A new life for gadgets!” – fantasy idea drawing: What new function could we invent for old devices?
Competition, games related to e-waste.
Pledges by class regarding the prevention of e-waste.
Announcement of results.

1. Introduction: video, presentation of the Environmental Awareness text to the students.
