I’m a sorter because I love my planet!
• WHAT will be done
Description:
The educational community of Nyitnikék Tagóvoda considers it a priority task to educate people about and protect the environment. Environmental awareness education is present in the everyday lives of our kindergarteners (don’t overbuy, selective waste collection, composting, water and energy saving, etc.). During the programs that build on the experiences related to the important days, we also reinforce in children, and through them in adults, that the Earth’s treasures must be treated sparingly.
When organizing the European Waste Reduction Week, we strive to involve the parent community in as many ways as possible. With the planned programs and actions, we intend to strengthen and expand the family-kindergarten relationship with new elements and content, as well as to support the formation of environmentally friendly behavior and education for sustainability.
