Give new life to old objects
• WHAT will be done
Description:
The program aims to increase environmental awareness among students and demonstrate that old objects can have a new life. During the campaign, students can bring items from home that are in good condition but no longer used (e.g. books, clothes, accessories, toys, decorative items), which they offer to each other at a swap meet organized in the school auditorium.
The aim of the swap meet is not to buy, but to exchange and reuse, so each student can take home as many items as they brought. The program encourages students to be conscious consumers, donate and take responsibility for their community.
The organizers will donate the remaining items to a charitable cause (e.g. the Red Cross, the Maltese Charity Service or a local aid organization).
To reinforce this, we organize lectures
