As part of the European Week for Waste Reduction, Bursa Metropolitan Municipality will organize Electronic Waste Collection Days for municipal staff. This three-day event will feature two collection points located at the Municipality Main Building and the Department of Public Works Construction Site. The collection stations will be designed by the Parks and Gardens Department using repurposed waste materials. The E-Waste Collection Event will be announced to all staff through official correspondence and posters. Gift vouchers providing free access to municipal social facilities will be presented to the top three employees who deliver the highest amount of e-waste, along with their families. At the end of the third day, the collected electronic waste will be delivered to a licensed company, and in return, saplings will be provided by the company to support the municipality’s afforestation efforts.
