1. E-Exchange Days – “Share Your Electronics, Stop the Waste”

In many homes across Çanakkale, there are electronic devices that are still functional but no longer in use. These devices are often forgotten in a corner, eventually turning into waste and contributing to unnecessary consumption.

To prevent this waste and promote a culture of reuse, our municipality will organize the “E-Exchange Days” event.

Residents will be able to bring their devices—such as phones, tablets, small household appliances, and computers—to designated exchange points, where they can either trade them for other items or donate them to those in need.

The functionality of each device will be checked by the municipality’s technical staff, and products requiring minor maintenance or repairs will be serviced accordingly.

This initiative will not only help reduce the amount of electronic waste but also strengthen the culture of sharing, repairing, and solidarity within the community.
