A thematic day on the Tatabánya campus about e-waste: the raw materials it contains, the environmental footprint of production and use, circular economy solutions, reuse and waste management. Lectures on the topic will be given by university lecturers and invited external speakers, which are open to students and anyone interested in the topic.
– Organizing a “Pass back, bro” used mobile phone collection campaign or an e-waste collection campaign (depending on feasibility)
– Organizing a factory visit to an e-product manufacturer or e-waste recycler
– Collecting discarded IT equipment within the institution and donating what can be repaired or reused to those in need or to aid organizations.
