In September 2023, the Bank has implemented Docusign, the Digital Signature technology, with a view to reduce paper. These are being used across the Bank, both internally and with customers. It is estimated that to date, we saved 171, 774 sheets of paper. In 2025, we saved an estimated 86,402 sheets of paper.
