This practical action enables organisations to map opportunities for e-waste reduction, support local employment in repair and reuse, and take a first step toward circular ICT procurement and asset management, realising measurable time, cost, and CO₂ savings.

Participants will also contribute to the further development of a digital registration and reporting tool, designed to simplify asset tracking and value assessment while providing tailored insights and improvement potential into financial, social, and environmental performance.
