Training Session 2 – 1 April 2014

On 1 April 2014, the second EWWR webinar training session took place from 10:00 to 11:30 (CET). This training session focused on the “Let’s Clean Up Europe” initiative. Participants learned in detail about the methodology of Let’s Clean Up Europe (LCUE), the involvement of stakeholders and how to successfully implement the LCUE. Furthermore they were invited to hear more about the experiences of clean-up organisers in national clean-up campaigns. This was a great opportunity to learn how to reach people and sponsors for your regional or local campaign. In addition, the Marine Litter Watch application was presented by the European Environmental Agency and Bilbomática: A useful tools to measure the amount of marine litter.
