Fleadh Textile Takeover!

INFO [what will be done]

Description:

The Fleadh Textile Takeover is an exciting new project for design and textile students in Belfast Metropolitan College and Ulster University. We’re challenging students to take old Fleadh 2026 branded t-shirts and repurpose, reinvent and recycle them into something new and exciting! Working with the Events team in the council, we’re saving waste from going to landfill and we’re offering students an exciting and engaging way to get creative with textiles. We can’t wait to see what they come up with! The project will run across EWWR and into 2027 so it’s perfect for incorporating into this global waste reduction campaign.
