Ribagorza Cares for the Climate: Small Changes, Shared Footprints.

Climate Week 2026 at CPEPA Ribagorza

This year, at CPEPA Ribagorza, we are celebrating Climate Week with a special activity called “Ribagorza Cares for the Climate: Small Changes, Shared Footprints.”

Our goal is to raise awareness about climate change and show how small everyday actions can make a difference.

We invite all our students to participate by choosing one of five practical challenges:

1. Cooking without waste: Prepare a meal using food you already have at home.

2. A second life: Repair or reuse an object instead of throwing it away.

3. Consumption detectives: Improve a daily habit to reduce water or energy consumption.

4. My town facing climate change: Identify a problem in your town and suggest an improvement.

5. Useful knowledge: Learn or share a traditional skill that helps us use resources more sustainably.

How can students participate?

Students choose a challenge, complete it at home or in class, and fill in a short online form explaining what they did, what they learned and what they would like to continue doing.

We will collect their contributions and create a digital wall featuring ideas and experiences from different towns across Ribagorza, sharing authorised contributions.

The activity is open to everyone, regardless of their language or digital skills, and teachers will provide support when needed.

Our message is simple: You don’t need to do something extraordinary to help the planet. Small actions, when shared by many people, can make a difference! 🌱
