 Project Title: cntrl+Earth Description: Our school is organizing a 4-day awareness campaign focused on electronic waste (e-waste) management and technology overconsumption. Conducted by our student-led team, “Eco-Squad,” the project connects circular economy with community action through four core pillars: Before the 4-day event begins the Eco-Squad needs to create a promotional poster to inform students and parents what to bring and call everyone  for action. Title of the poster: From E-waste to Eco-life STAGE 1: Seed the Future (Monday): Students bring broken small electronics,cables old gadgets,keyboards,mice, headphones and so on  and exchange them for wildflower or herb seeds along with a handwritten insruction card on how to plant the seeds , creating a gamified incentive for e-waste recycling. The Eco-squad team with the help of the Information technology teacher splits items into 2 piles: the ones that can be fixed and the ones completely broken or out of order. STAGE 2: Cyber-Gardening (Tuesday): Unfixable electronics are safely disassembled to remove toxic components. The hollow plastic shells (keyboards, desktop towers) are repurposed into upcycled flower pots for the school garden. This will lead to a creative tech green garden! STAGE 3: Tech Rescue station(Wednesday): Led by the IT teacher along maybe with a professional parent, students, a community workshop is set up to safely diagnose, clean, and fix slow or damaged hardware, teaching the value of repair over disposal. STAGE 4:Digital Detox Day (Thursday): The entire school community powers down screens, interactive boards, and smartphones for a day to experience structural reduction of tech consumption and reconnect with nature.
