Children become “little forest guardians” and participate in an experiential action to protect the natural environment.

They explore the forest, identify and safely collect waste that does not belong in the natural environment, such as plastic, glass, paper, packaging and other waste. They then observe, record and separate it according to its material, while the appropriate organic waste is sent for composting.

Through the action, children reflect on waste in the forest, animals and plants and discover practical ways to reduce waste, reuse, recycle and compost.
