WEEE Resource adequacy

The European Week for Waste Reduction (EWWR) event in Athens will combine an interactive treasure hunt with an educational theatrical performance for children.

The treasure hunt will encourage children to explore their surroundings and discover invisible e-waste in everyday life, while learning about recycling and responsible resource use. The theatrical performance, presented by three professional actors and based on The Guardians of Nature: Fotis, Fotoula and Fotokiklosi, will introduce children to proper WEEE management and the circular economy in a fun and engaging way.

The event will rely on adequate human, educational, material, and organizational resources to ensure the smooth implementation of activities and an enjoyable learning experience. By making effective use of these resources, the initiative will raise environmental awareness and promote more sustainable habits from an early age.
