‘Sufficiency’ – More than enough!

Kunsill Lokali Ħ’Attard will organise a collection of good-quality pre-loved clothes, books, and other items from 21 to 28 November 2026. The Council will make the collected items available for reuse through its annual December bazaar and book fairs at Ġnien l-Istazzjon.in Aid of a Charity Organisation.

Affordable prices will encourage items to change hands and find new owners, rather than remain unused or become waste. Where appropriate, staff will be encouraged to identify people in need and provide items free of charge.

The action promotes sufficiency by encouraging people to make better use of existing resources, extend the life of clothes and books, reduce unnecessary consumption and prevent waste.
