From Sunday classics to new Monday flavors. In this cooking workshop, we will spice up a traditional Sunday lunch with a dash of creativity and brand-new flavors.
🥔 We’ll turn sautéed potatoes into a Spanish tortilla.
🥩 We’ll prepare boiled beef Asian-style, as pulled beef in a flavorful sauce.
🥕 We’ll use beef soup and stock to make a vegetable risotto.
🍰 We’ll even give traditional potica a little makeover and a fresh new look.
Guiding us through the cooking experience will be Klara Avsenik Žagar, former MasterChef contestant, traveler, and lover of home-cooked flavors, who pays special attention to responsible food waste management in her culinary creations
