After two years of digital events, it has been possible to celebrate good practices in person and give voice to Italian finalists and winners of the 13th EWWR edition.<\/p>\n<p>The winners presented by AICA, among the <strong>4,752 actions<\/strong> that were carried out in Italy, are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Public administration category<\/strong>: <em>University of Pavia<\/em> with OSA (Office for Sustainable Action), with the action &#8220;SERiously Sustainable&#8221;, which involved the students of the University in a well-designed programme dedicated to prevention.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Association category<\/strong>: <em>APS Colibr\u00ec Onlus<\/em>, with a project of electromedical devices restorage, which have been sent afterwards to Senegal.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Educational establishment category<\/strong>:\u00a0<em>Capizzi\u2019s institute<\/em>, with a laboratory dedicated to electronic devices regeneration.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Business category<\/strong>:\u00a0<em>NaturaS\u00ec, <\/em>with two initiatives focused on the &#8220;Reduction&#8221; of waste through two actions: the reduction of food waste starting from the fields and the reduction of packaging thanks to the sale of bulk products.<em><br \/>\n<\/em><\/li>\n<li><strong>Citizen(s) category<\/strong>: <em>Letizia Palmisano<\/em> (Chiacchiere da bar) won the prize for the second year, thanks to her actions of book-sharing and literary club in her favourite bar in Rome.<\/li>\n<li>Regarding the<strong> Special Prize<\/strong>, <em>ECO.LAN SpA<\/em> received this special recognition that this year celebrates 25-years of activity: \u00aba system that has succeed to recycle a quantity of almost 1,300 Eiffel Tours of materials, CO2 savings equivalent to 130,000 flights from Rome to New York\u00bb<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-38986 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/ewwr.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/IMG_5310-300x225.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ewwr.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/IMG_5310-300x225.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/ewwr.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/IMG_5310-1024x768.jpeg 1024w, https:\/\/ewwr.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/IMG_5310-550x413.jpeg 550w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Read the full article on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.envi.info\/it\/2022\/04\/01\/serr-2021-presentati-i-finalisti-e-proclamati-i-vincitori\/\">AICA\u2019s website<\/a> (in Italian) and check the <a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/drive\/folders\/1OmejBY_l-ZXf0GnGNgTu3KsfQVVdaSlm?usp=sharing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Press kit<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Will one of these actions be the winner of the EWWR Awards?
