For the EWWR 2020, employees at ACR+ will implement a digital clean up. We will be cleaning up professional mailboxes, clouds, our server and our laptops.
3 weeks before the EWWR: the activity is discussed within the team, methodology agreed and instructions put together & circulated to all employees.
Before the start of the clean up, the storage of all email, clouds & servers is noted down in order to be able to calculate the total space cleaned-up at the end of the activity.
2 weeks before the EWWR: the whole team cleans up. On 20 November, the employees communicated how much space they have cleaned up to the action organisers.
During the EWWR: information is put together and final results are communicated. Another team meeting will be organised to discuss about the results and good practice to implement as a follow-up activity in order to have a lighter digital footprint in the years to come.
