Dr. Maria Vittoria Conti and Dr. Sara Basilico, specialists in Food Sciences at the University of Pavia, will be available, inside the covered market of Pavia, for anyone interested in exploring the topics of food waste and budgeting to better organize the weekly menu for the whole family.
Practical recommendations and an example of a sustainable and anti-waste weekly menu will also be distributed.
